Standing Orders are repeat orders set up with your supplier for agreed times and quantities.
Orders are created automatically 2–3 days before delivery 🗓️.
You can cancel or add items before the cut-off: 2 days before delivery at 5 PM.
To do this, select the three-dot menu at the bottom left of the screen 🔔.
You can track the cut-off time at the top of the order page (see image below).
Once the cut-off time passes, orders are automatically sent and processed.
After the cut-off, no changes can be made ⛔️.
To remove items:
For a one-time change, cancel the standing order and place a new one.
For permanent changes, contact your supplier directly.
