How does it work?
It's simple. When a delivery arrives, the team selects the order in app.
-If the delivery arrives as ordered it's marked as 'All Ok'.
-If the delivery arrives with issues (Damaged, incorrect, missing items) the team records the problem and can attach photo evidence🕵️♂️.
Order Check-in provides a digital issue management system for all your orders.
Once recorded; flagged orders will be highlighted in app until marked as resolved.
