Buyer - Cancelling an order in app

Guide on how to cancel orders

Orders can only be cancelled before the set order cut-off time. When cancelling it is for the full order and not select items πŸ’‘.

To cancel an order in the UnifyOrdering app select the order you would like to cancel from the orders screen in app.

Once the order has opened select the drop down menu located to the bottom left of the screen. Here you will see the option to cancel order, select to cancel whole order.

If you would just like to cancel certain items you can add a note to the order πŸ—’οΈ. To Add a Note it is part of the same drop down as Cancel Order.

If the order needs to be cancelled after the cut-off time the supplier will need to be contacted directly, contact details are available directly in app.
