Buyer - Why can't I place an order with a supplier I've requested?

If you can’t place an order with a supplier you have requested to connect with:

  • You may have selected ‘I’m a new Customer’. The supplier will be notified to contact you to set up an account. You will not be able to place an order until this is approved.

  • If you are a current customer of the supplier, the supplier is verifying your account. We’ll let you know when you’re ready to go.
