As soon as the delivery driver arrives you'll be ready to Check-In your order - Let's take a look at how this works
In our app head to the Orders page, located on the bottom toolbar.
On the Orders page, tap on the order you're ready to check-in.
If you are on our Premium plan you can start checking-in items individually, and if there is an issue with anything - flag it by tapping the flag icon to the right of the product.
One of the main benefits of Order Check-in is here to help you keep track of your actual spend by adding your Invoice or Docket total.
This feature is available to both free and premium buyers and when you add this total it is reflected in your Reports & Insights, giving your greater oversight of your pricing and spend.
You can add your Invoice or Docket Total at the bottom of the Order Check-in page. This will also allow you to Mark Order Checked-in.
Order Issues* (Premium Feature)
If there are any issues with the order select the flag located to the right of the product. Here the Quantity Accepted, Reason and photo evidence can be added quickly and efficiently.

Once you've accessed the order with issues select the Order Issues button located at the top of the screen, here tap on each issue to Remove Issue or Mark as Resolved. Add a note for team reference and the issue will be updated right away, the order issue history is saved if you ever need to check back π.
