Buyer - Ordering Insights & Reports - A 'How-To' Guide

How to get the best out of our Reports feature including Real-Time Spend, Exporting Reports and filtering your Ordering Insights

Our Ordering Insights & Reports feature provides you with complete oversight of your ordering, from Total Spend and Top Ordered Products, to Total Spend per Supplier. - all of which is exportable in a CSV file*.

Accessible via the Reports tab, the first section on this page is Ordering Insights where you can choose to show data for by date ranges Today, This Week, This Month* and Custom*.


Total Spend

This chart shows where you are at in terms of your spend. This total is based on your sent order value, and so to increase the accuracy here make sure to Check-in your Orders by adding your Docket/Invoice Totals

Order Issues*

Clicking on this button will show you all the order issues you and your team have flagged during this period. It's a handy way to follow up and resolve any outstanding issues

Export Reports*

A favourite amongst our team - Export Reports will help you slice through your accounting time by allowing you to create, export and schedule CSV reports of all of your ordering Insights. Major!

Hit Create a Report Now to get an instant report or Schedule a Report to routinely get insights when you need.

Reports will be automatically sent to you but you can also Send Reports to External Recipients (ie - your Accountant), both instantly or on a schedule.

πŸ’β€β™‚οΈBefore exporting reports select whether you'd like to include open baskets or not. Open Baskets are items which have not been sent to the supplier yet.


Spending Trends

Here you get to track your spend over time which will help you forecast your spend and implement more efficient ordering. You can toggle through your daily orders and hop into each one from here too.

πŸ’β€β™‚οΈFrom the daily order list tap on specific orders to access the full order placed in app.

Top Ordering Activity

Here you can toggle between your Top Products, Top Suppliers and Team Activity for the selected period.

You can also see which of your top products need pricing added or updated for the period, and our new Custom Pricing modules allow you to historically adjust product pricing for a specific period. Just tap on one of your top products and you can add a custom price bringing greater accuracy to your insights for this period.

We've added a tool that shows all of your top products needing pricing - tapping on this button will let you work through them one by one

πŸ’β€β™‚οΈ Tap the filter button next to the search bar to get custom searches such as per Supplier, Team Member and more within each section. To clear any filters tap Clear Filters, located top right below filter button.
