Supplier - How to invite buyers to order through UnifyOrdering

Inviting Buyers to order from you through UnifyOrdering is the best way to streamline and keep track of customers in one place 📲.

When a user is invited they will be automatically connected with you and able to place orders right away. All orders placed by Buyers are visible to Suppliers and vice versa 🤝.

Go to Buyers tab on your UnifyOrdering Sales App and select the desired Buyer.

You can now select the Contact Details drop down menu and tap Manage Buyer 👥.

In this section you can Invite New User and set up the Account Number & Price Group 💡.

The user will receive an SMS invite to download the app and start ordering 😎.

✨Tip: Use the Filter Status bar under Buyers to filter by Ready these are all the customers who have not been invited to order with you yet!
