Supplier - Inviting customers to order from you through UnifyOrdering

Making the most of your dashboard is to have all customers ordering through the free UnifyOrdering app. You can get your customers onboard in a few simple steps 💡

To invite a user to a Buyer Account:

Go to Buyers tab on the left-hand menu and use the search bar 🔍 to find the buyer account.

✨Tip: Top left of screen select Ready To Invite and the list will sort to show you which customers need invitations OR you can use the filter bar to target any buyers who do not have the active status.

Once the Buyer Details page is open select Buyer Users from the top toolbar. You can now + Invite User by adding either a mobile number or email address.

This page will also allow management of Invites giving you the ability to Remove Invite or Re-send every 24hr period as required. Also, know when a customer has accepted an invitation with the status Connected.

What happens next 👇

When an invitation is sent the customer will receive an email/SMS directly from you, the Supplier.

The invite has a link to the App/Play Store to download the UnifyOrdering app.

If the user already uses UnifyOrdering or has the app downloaded, this link will open the app directly.

The user will now be asked to enter their mobile number and receive a 1-time verification code 📲. Once the user adds personal details they will, be prompted to accept the invitation order from you.
