Collaborate with your entire team and keep customer information up to date by inviting new team members to join your business on UnifyOrdering.
Here's how to get a new team member 👥:
Select settings from the left-hand menu and navigate to the users tab
On the users page select Invite New User, from the top right corner
Select user type and invite by email or sms you can now Send Invite
💡What happens next?
The team member invited will receive an sms to download the app and join your team 🤝
They will be prompted to enter their mobile number 📲 to receive a one-off verification code. Once all the personal details are setup, the new team member will be able to get started right away 🚀.
ℹ️ User Types:
Administrators will be able to view ALL buyers
Sales Reps and Managers can only view buyers assigned to them
If a team member leaves they can also be removed, here's a guide on removing users.
